Our finest fish is the centerpiece for your celebration. All smoked fish platters include a whitefish centerpiece stuffed with our homemade whitefish salad. Additionally, select from nova lox and baked (kippered) salmon. The smoked fish platter is accompanied by a platter of assorted cream cheese, ripe tomatoes, sliced red onions, cucumbers, olives and capers, as well as fresh sliced bagels and bialys. Classic deli Deco

All of our national deli meats are sliced and presented on a beautifully decorated, ready to serve platter. Choose from: Fresh cooked corned beef, rare roast beef and turkey, as well as tongue and salami. Accompanied by potato salad and coleslaw or macaroni salad and relish tray with freshly baked bread or rolls. Sold per person (8 person minimum)

Classic Wraps

Popular choices include turkey-avocado, egg salad blt, nova with chive cream cheese and tomato, turkey-cranberry, chicken salad, all wrapped in a colorful array of spinach, whole wheat and sun dried tomato wraps. Cut in half or served in pinwheel slices for your guests to sample. We will gladly customize any wrap. Sold per person

The perfect side, served either hot or cold. Can be prepared sweet with fresh apples and raisins or plain. Delicious either way. Available with Splenda upon request. Sold per lb
